自らの留学経験を学生のために
Helping students by sharing the insights gained from my own study abroad journey
弊社代表の鶴田は、幼い頃からアメリカに憧れ、短大卒業後に念願の留学を果たします。
多様性を尊重するアメリカと日本との大きな違いを肌で感じながら、青春時代をカリフォルニアで過ごしました。
留学から20年の時を経て大学の国際部の職員となり、留学を希望する多くの学生に出逢い、彼らの熱意に刺激を受けます。
そんな日々を送る中、まさか当たると思っていなかったグリーンカードに当選。
しかし、コロナ過でなかなか渡米できずに諦めようかと思った矢先、再びグリーンカード当選します。
「アメリカに呼ばれている！これは行くしかない！」
そう心を決め、2021年からハワイに移住し、ANUENUE Agencyを起業しました。
自身の留学経験を活かし、学生の留学生活をさらに実りあるものにするために、日々学生と向き合っています。
Our representative, Ms. Tsuruta, had long admired the United States since childhood and fulfilled her dream of studying abroad after graduating from college.
She spent her youth in California, experiencing firsthand the profound differences between Japan and the United States, where diversity is deeply respected.
Twenty years after her study abroad experience, she became a university international office staff member, where she met many students aspiring to study overseas and was inspired by their passion. During this time, she unexpectedly won the Green Card lottery—something she never imagined would happen. Although the COVID-19 pandemic made it difficult to move to the U.S., and she almost gave up, she won the Green Card again.
“I’m being called to America—there’s no turning back!” she felt.
With that determination, she moved to Hawaiʻi in 2021 and established ANUENUE Agency. Drawing on her own study abroad experience, she now supports students every day to make their study abroad life even more meaningful.

Meet Our Founder
福岡教育大学附属福岡中学校、筑紫女学園高等学校卒業。
福岡女学院短期大学卒業後、カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルス エルカミーノ大学に３年間留学。
レドンドビーチという最高のロケーションに滞在し、留学生活を満喫する。
帰国後は年に数回の海外旅行を生きがいに、営業職や人事系の職に就く。
2016年、中村学園大学に入職。
ハワイ大学とのダブルディグリープログラムに企画段階から携わる。
その後も様々な留学プログラムを企画、実施し、多くの学生を海外へ派遣。
2021年、グリーンカードを取得し息子とともにハワイへ移住。
中村学園大学からの日本人留学生の受け入れを続けながら、ANUENUE Agencyを立ち上げる。
モットーは「Practice makes perfect」
After graduating from college, she studied abroad for three years at El Camino College in Los Angeles, California. She enjoyed her life as a student while living in the beautiful location of Redondo Beach. After returning to Japan, she pursued a career in sales and human resources while taking several overseas trips every year as a passion.
In 2016, she joined Nakamura Gakuen University in Fukuoka. She was involved from the planning stage of the dual degree program with the University of Hawaiʻi. Since then, she has planned and implemented various study abroad programs, sending many students overseas. In 2021, she obtained a Green Card and relocated to Hawaiʻi with her son. While continuing to support Japanese exchange students from Nakamura Gakuen University, she founded ANUENUE Agency.
Her motto is: “Practice makes perfect.”
